The all-new GX offers consumers the duality expected of a luxury SUV: a tough, competent appearance combined with elegant interior components that contribute to the creation of a road-trip sanctuary. The sleek and stylish cabin will assist drivers and passengers regardless of the duration of the journey.

Ergonomic measures such as seat cushion, seatback bolster, and headrest enhancements have been incorporated to help reduce load and improve driving posture. Front seat hip point to heel height has been increased by 1.18 inch.
The second row is available in two configurations: captain’s chairs or a split-folding bench with a 60:40 split. The GA-F platform launched in the current-generation LX 600 is shared with the 2024 GX. This sturdy and lightweight ladder structure improves body stiffness and on-road handling, both of which are important aspects of the Lexus Driving Signature. Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) is offered and continually changes damping forces based on changing driving conditions. GX has Electronic Power Steering (EPS), which improves steering feel both on and off the road.
The GX has always been recognized for its off-road capabilities, and the 2024 GX is no exception. Torsen limited-slip center differential with locking function is used as standard Full-Time 4WD for constant response in varying terrain. Overtrail grades have a rear electronic locking differential. When accelerating through a turn, the Torsen differential distributes driving power appropriately based on the load on the rear left and right wheels, resulting in a high degree of controlled performance.
The all-new GX will be available with two engine options. GX will be available in the United States with a highly competent and economical twin-turbocharged 3.4L V6 engine combined with a 10-speed Direct Shift Automatic Transmission.
