A Lexus ES was stolen from a car body shop. The keys were left inside the car, which was parked within the shop for minor cosmetic repairs. The individual who stole the car entered the shop twice: the first time to look around, and the second time to steal the car. A bystander witnessed the suspicious activity and began recording just in time before the car was taken.
