The 2024 Toyota Grand Highlander made its world debut just hours before the start of the Chicago Auto Show, showcasing the latest and greatest addition to Toyota’s successful SUV lineup.
Grand Highlander provides entry-level, efficiency, and performance options all in one incredible package. It comes in three grades and three powertrains: a well-balanced 2.4L turbo gas engine, an efficiency-leading 2.5L hybrid with a manufacturer-estimated 34 combined MPG, and the ultimate performance-seeking, 362 horsepower Hybrid MAX.
The Grand Highlander Hybrid and Hybrid MAX vehicles are part of Toyota’s diverse approach to carbon neutrality, as part of a lineup that aims to go “beyond zero.” Toyota is committed to finding highly efficient and zero emission solutions that fit customers’ lifestyles across the US, with ten hybrids, two plug-in hybrids, the new bZ4X battery electric vehicle, and the Mirai’s zero emission hydrogen fuel cell technology. The 2024 Grand Highlander will be the second Toyota vehicle to bear the new “Beyond Zero” badge, following the all-new Prius, as a symbol of Toyota’s commitment to achieving carbon neutrality in its products, manufacturing, and beyond.
The price and release date of the all-new 2024 Grand Highlander, designed by Calty Design Studios and exclusively manufactured at the Toyota Motor Manufacturing plant in Princeton, Indiana, will be announced later this summer.
